Brief Description Of Work and Responsibilities
What will you be doing? 1. Lead the coordination and execution of medium to large-scale customer rollouts in collaboration with the internal (DXC) and external stakeholders (principal client, 3P of client, 3P of DXC). 2. Develop and maintain project timelines with client, resource plans, risk registers, and reporting dashboards. 3. Support day-to-day logistics including tracking inventory, managing installation schedules, and updating documentation. 4. Act as a point of contact for internal teams (DXC and DXC 3P’s) and external stakeholders (client, and client 3P’s) to ensure smooth project execution. 5. Work closely with DXC (and 3P) stock and procurement leads to ensure availability and readiness of all required hardware. 6. Drive improvements across service delivery workflows to increase team efficiency and visibility. 7. Collect and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 8. Be on standby as escalation for on-call availability with varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, for critical incident management and installations. 9. DXC-facing, and client-facing -- MS Teams, and at times physically. People Management 1. Build, lead, and manage the rest of the DaaS team, including strategic planning, staffing, training, and budgeting. 2. Lead the allocation, delivery, and installation together with the DXC and DXC 3P vendor/supplier. 3. Ability to successfully manage and coordinate project teams comprising both technical and business teams. Governance & Compliance • Ensure adherence to industry compliance, delivery frameworks, post-mortem reviews, and documentation. Cross-Group Collaboration 1. Partner with the DXC Sales Team to advance new DaaS opportunities, including analyzing supply and demand. 2. Work alongside the DXC Finance team to develop forecasts and deliver weekly variance reports, comparing to Original Budget and/or Current Forecast. 3. Present a risk analysis of planned deployments to management. 4. Collaborate with the DXC Billing Team to ensure smooth cash flow management for invoices, WBS (work breakdown structure), and payments. Technical Expertise • Familiarity of IT lifecycle management. • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL • Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management
