Brief Description of Work and Responsibilities:
- Assist in internal and external audit preparations and documentation
- Support physical inventory counts, reconciliation, and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate inventory records and audit files
- Monitor stock movements and ensure proper documentation of receipts, transfers, and issuances
- Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies and audit findings
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and finance teams for inventory and audit requirements
- Prepare audit and inventory reports, summaries, and schedules
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, inventory policies, and audit standards
- Support follow-up actions for audit findings and inventory adjustments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to travel for inventory audits and site visits
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, auditing, or accounting is an advantage but not required
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in physical inventory counts or audit support
